Kutchan is at the early stages of what looks likely to be an at least decade long boom with rising property prices. Real estate is closely held by locals and so when something comes on the market it is wise to move quickly. This older building is in need of TLC but is large and very centrally-located. It is strategically-place on Route 5, the main road passing through Kutchan central area, and is a couple of minutes’ walk to the Hokuyo Bank and the rest of Eki Mae Dori.
